
I’ve taken to drinking green tea. This is a problem.
Not really a problem, I guess, so much as an issue.
You see, I quit drinking caffeine many months ago, and have been feeling great ever since.
There was a time, during a trip, where I was drinking many energy drinks a day just to stay awake.
To keep my eyes open during those hours and hours of back-country driving.
But I quit and have stayed quitted and would like to keep quitting.
Then I saw some studies that show green tea helps you burn calories. And it’s really good for you.
Antioxidants.
And I don’t like tea, so trying to integrate it would be like a challenge.
A test of will, if you will.
So I’ve taken to drinking green tea.
So far, so good.
