I’ve often pondered the possibility of purchasing a scooter.

The trouble is that it’s a tweener vehicle. You can’t really use it as your only mode of transportation and it’s not ultra-portable like a bike, so it’s a difficult thing to deal with.

It’s like a robe. For your geographic location.

But I can see getting into it, anyway. Unless a robe, a scooter will save you gas, and can serve as a means of transportation for the vast number of trips one must take in a day. Recharging it is cheap and easy and, let’s be honest, is there anything more Metro than riding a scooter? And Metro is in. WAY in.

So let’s all ride scooters. They aren’t lame like roller blades and you can ride in the street.
